Tattoo placement on the body

Please be specific e.g. left upper inside arm, right calf, right outer forearm etc.

Placement and reference images

Please upload a clear image of the area on your body you would like the tattoo. It’s best to get someone else to take a photo for you or do it in a mirror if that isn’t possible to get the most straight on angle possible. This is to help me get the dimensions and shape right for your body. If you’re requesting a cover-up please ensure you upload photos of the tattoo to be covered.

Please also include reference images here as these really help me to understand what sort of design you’re after. If you have more than the upload limit there will be a chance to email further images later in the process so please upload the most important ones here.

Tattoo size

You must give a size estimate in cm or inches. If the tattoo ends up being a different size than stated on the day of your appointment it could affect the cost.

Would you like to use Clearpay (pay in 4) to fund your tattoo appointment? Note the minimum required amount is £100 to use this and there is a small fee of 6% plus 30p.

If there is anything you need from me on the day of your appointment to help you or keep you at ease please let me know. If you’d prefer not to speak much during our session, listen to music or watch something on your phone/tablet that is absolutely fine with me and I won’t think you’re being rude! If it helps you feel more at ease to tell me anything at all here instead of in person then do let me know.
