Please submit a Tattoo Enquiry Form here.
There are a lot of factors which determine how long a tattoo will take which is what I base my quotes on. I quote by the piece so once I receive your enquiry form I will respond via email to discuss any additional information with you and then give you an accurate quote before booking your appointment.
I aim to respond to enquiry forms and follow up emails in 7-10 days, although often it is quicker depending on how busy my work schedule is. It’s best not to send further emails until after this period as it adds to my workload which could impact the wait time. Your patience is greatly appreciated during busier periods.
Occasionally forms and emails can get missed so if you’ve not heard back from me after 10 days please get in touch.
Most of the time everything is discussed and arranged via email after I receive your enquiry form. However I know tattoo studios can feel a bit daunting or you may have a more complex enquiry so if you’d prefer a consultation in person I am more than happy to book you in for one so we can discuss your idea in detail and you can visit the studio to help put your mind at ease. We have a lovely studio space and we’re all really friendly so it’s a great relaxed atmosphere.
I require a deposit to make an appointment. Your appointment will not be added to my diary until this has been paid so it’s best not to delay once you’ve decided on a date. The deposit I require will be 50% of the total cost of the appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule I require at least 1 weeks notice to transfer your deposit and appointment to a new date.
All artists at the studio are self employed & represent themselves as sole traders. Our admin & pre-tattoo prep is included in the deposit cost as well as the deposit holding an appointment date. If our appointments are cancelled or rescheduled we are operating at a loss for that day. If I am unable to make your appointment, you will be offered an alternative date or a refund.
Unfortunately I don’t send designs out in advance. This is due to my workload. All designs and admin are done outside working hours in the evening so I often don’t get time to finalise designs until the evening before an appointment.
The design will be finished and ready to show you on the day of your appointment. If there is anything you’re not sure on or if you want me to make any changes this is something we can go through together before we start your tattoo. I always allow enough time for this when booking appointments.
The price you are quoted and agree upon is for the design requested at the time of booking. If you wish to make any changes to your design, you must give 2 weeks notice and it must be agreed upon by me. I reserve the right to refuse any design changes I feel are not fitting with my style of work. Any changes agreed upon may impact the cost of your tattoo and could result in the need to reschedule.
Make sure to get a good night’s sleep, drink lots of water, and have a proper meal before your appointment. If you have a longer tattoo session, feel free to bring lunch, snacks and a drink but you will also be free to pop out and get lunch if you want. Headphones and a charged device are also great ideas to keep you occupied. Please also avoid alcohol 24-hours before your tattoo – alcohol thins the blood significantly, and after a big night, can affect the tattoo process the following day often resulting in a less-than-ideal heal.
Please bring photo ID with you to your appointment whatever your age. And if you want to use numbing cream please talk to me about it first. If you use it and have any kind of reaction I won’t be able to tattoo you and you’ll lose your deposit, so it’s very important to mention it in advance!
It is preferable for you to come alone to your appointment, particularly if you are booked in for a long session or day sitting. Friends and family may get bored and it can be a bit distracting personally for me while I’m tattooing you.
If you feel it is really necessary to bring someone with you, you can. However I request that it is no more than one other person. I cannot guarantee that they’ll be able to sit with you throughout your appointment as it’s dependant on how busy the studio is so they may be required to sit in the reception area throughout.
I am able to offer Clearpay (pay in 4) for the whole cost of your appointment. When filling out an enquiry form just tick to box to let me know if you require this and you’ll be sent a Clearpay link when booking in.
Bank transfer is preferred instead of cash. I have a card payment facility at the studio but the card processing fee will be added onto the total cost. There is an ATM opposite the studio if you need to pay with cash. Please be prepared with your method of payment as you will need to pay in full before you leave the studio.
Please have a read through my aftercare instructions here.
After your tattoo session, you need to wait at least 1 month for the tattoo to fully heal. If you feel it needs a touch-up, the first session is complimentary* within 3 months of your original tattoo. After the first touch-up session, any following touch-ups will be charged at 50% rate. If it is apparent that you need a touch-up due to negligent aftercare you will be charged at 100% rate. Please note touch-ups only include touching up what is already there. Adding to a piece, however, small will be subject to additional fees. *Finger tattoos and some foot tattoos are exempt from free touch-ups due to the nature of the skin there.

Yes, the brands of ink I use are vegan friendly as is everything else I use throughout the tattooing process.
Yes we are wheelchair accessible. If there are any accommodations you require please let me know during the booking process.
I usually do at least a couple of tattoo conventions every year nationally. I currently don’t have any plans for guest spots however this is something I would like to do in future. I will post updates on my Instagram and on my website on these so keep your eyes peeled.
Unfortunately at the moment I’m not able to ship to the EU. New tax laws have made it very difficult for small businesses to do this while complying with new regulations resulting in huge tax bills. I am looking into how to navigate this situation but at this time it won’t be possible.
Please get in touch using the contact form here.
